Legal Framework, Disclaimers & Privacy Policy

Welcome to Saudi Charters. This statutory document governs your use of our platform and outlines our strict operational protocols regarding marketing data governance, user privacy compliance, and our total limitation of liability as an independent marketing introduction and lead generation platform. Our operations strictly align with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on PDPL, and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Independent Lead Generation & Absolute Liability Exclusion

Saudi Charters acts exclusively as an independent digital marketing venue and commercial introduction platform. We do not own, lease, manage, maintain, or operate airframes, maritime vessels, or ground mobility assets. We are not a transport operator, carrier, or travel agency. All transport services requested through our lead forms are fulfilled entirely by third-party, fully licensed regional operators operating under direct regulatory bodies (GACA, IATA, and regional maritime authorities). Consequently, Saudi Charters assumes zero legal, financial, or operational liability for any flight cancellations, maritime delays, mechanical failures, operational negligence, personal injury, or property damage occurring during transit. By submitting an operational inquiry, you explicitly release Saudi Charters from any claims or disputes arising from third-party operations.

2. Data Collection & Lawful Basis (PII)

When an executive entity submits a transit inquiry through our secure marketing forms, we collect strictly necessary Personally Identifiable Information (PII) under the lawful basis of consent and legitimate commercial interest to facilitate an introduction to licensed operators:

3. Data Sharing & Joint Controller Disclaimer

By interacting with our system and checking the mandatory declaration box on our inquiry form, you explicitly authorize Saudi Charters to retain your contact information for commercial follow-up and to transmit your logistical directives to our verified, licensed handling partners for the purpose of compiling quotes. Once your data is transmitted to the designated fleet operator, that operator becomes an independent data controller of that data package. Saudi Charters is completely absolved of any subsequent data breaches, mishandling, compliance failures, or security lapses occurring on the operator's infrastructure or during their service fulfillment.

4. Data Retention for Commercial Support

In compliance with Middle Eastern marketing and data laws, Saudi Charters retains your basic commercial contact details and inquiry history solely for client management, internal auditing, commission tracking, and follow-up communication. This data is kept strictly confidential within our encrypted commercial storage and is never sold, rented, or distributed to unauthorized third parties outside our verified partner network.
